Arlene Kostant specializes in family law mediation and collaborative law.  She is able to meet with clients in her San Francisco or Lafayette office.

Arlene is a State Bar Certified Specialist in Family Law.* She is an active member of a number of collaborative practice groups and is dedicated to helping clients reach out of court solutions in their family law legal matters including:
  • Dissolution of Marriage or Domestic Partnership
  • Premarital Agreements
  • Domestic Partnership Agreements
  • Parenting Agreements
  • Financial Agreements
  • Support Modifications

Arlene is on the adjunct faculties at UC Berkeley School of Law and Hastings College of the Law teaching Negotiations. In addition, she does private negotiation training for law firms, collaborative practice and industry groups. She welcomes inquiries regarding setting up a training for your organization.
